By accessing and using Artlantic’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

We offer website design, development, SEO, Google Business Management, E-commerce integrations, and related digital services.

2. Payment Terms

  • Website Projects:

    • 40% upfront payment (covers domain and hosting).

    • Remaining 60% split into two equal installments:

      • Second installment during work progress.

      • Final installment upon project completion, before website handover.

  • Other Services (SEO, Marketing, Maintenance, etc.):

    • 50% upfront payment before commencement.

    • Remaining 50% due upon agreed project milestones or completion.

3. Non-Payment & Breach of Terms

If a client fails to make payments or comply with the agreed terms:

  • Work may be paused or terminated immediately without liability on our part.

  • Access to the website, hosting, or related accounts may be restricted or suspended until payment is received.

  • For overdue invoices beyond 15 days, a late fee of 2% per week may apply.

  • For projects where hosting/domain is provided by Artlantic, we reserve the right to disable or remove the website if payments remain unpaid for more than 30 days.

  • Legal action may be taken to recover outstanding dues, with all recovery costs borne by the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and required content in a timely manner.

  • Obtain rights or licenses for all materials provided to us.

  • Approve project milestones promptly to avoid delays.

5. Revisions & Changes

Minor changes are included as per agreed scope. Additional changes or work outside the original agreement will be charged separately.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, and materials remain the property of Artlantic until full payment is received. After payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Losses due to downtime, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.

  • Damages from misuse, alterations, or unauthorized changes to our work.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any work completed up to the date of termination must be paid for in full.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal.
